高速冷锯及热锯要承受离心力、温度应力及锯切力的作用,因而其工作状况是极恶劣的。冷锯及热锯的使用证明,锯片锯切部分产生塑性变形、裂纹和扭曲是锯片损坏的主要原因。为了估计锯片的强度,必须考虑锯片中的温度场、离心力和锯切力这些因素的综合影响。 在本文中,利用了锯片在试验室条件下的试验结果,以及下塔吉尔钢铁公司和马格尼托哥尔斯克钢铁公司的冷锯及热锯锯片的试验结果,并试图分析
High speed cold saw and hot saw to withstand the centrifugal force, temperature stress and sawing force, and therefore its working conditions are extremely bad. The use of cold saws and hot saws proves that the sawing part of the saw blade is plastically deformed. Cracks and twisting are the main reasons for the damage of the saw blade. In order to estimate the strength of a saw blade, the combined effects of temperature field, centrifugal force and sawing force in the saw blade must be considered. In this paper, the test results of the saw blades under laboratory conditions, as well as the results of the cold saw and hot saw blades of the Nizhny Tagil Steel and Magnitogorsk Steel, are used and analyzed
