建立了管带式车用散热器的有限元模型 ,对其动强度进行了计算分析 ,得出了散热器应力场分布及其危险位置 ,并在 MTS振动台上进行了试验验证。结果表明 ,有限元计算结果可靠 ,此模型可为散热器结构参数的改进提供理论依据
The finite element model of radiator for pipe-in vehicle was established, its dynamic strength was calculated and analyzed, and the stress field distribution and dangerous position of the radiator were obtained. The experimental verification was carried out on the MTS shaker. The results show that the finite element calculation results are reliable. This model can provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the structural parameters of the radiator
