本文对黄早4及6个改良系、Mo17及6个改良系的配合力及其与改良杂交种遗传关系进行试验研究。结果表明:黄352、565、444三个黄早4改良系在子粒品质、抗病性上优于黄早4;751、412而个Mo17改良系花期正常相遇,并在较多性状上一般配合力优于Mo17;黄352、565、444、751、412五个改良系的一般配合力方差和特殊配合力方差在单株产量、百粒重、健株率、穗长、行粒数等性状上高于原系,即好于黄早4、Mo17;黄352×751、565×412、444×412三个完全改良杂交组合均表现高抗玉米青枯病,分别比黄早4×Mo17增产34.6%、29.4%、27.1%,均达极显著水平,且熟期(生育日数)相近,可以代替黄早4×Mo17在生产上推广应用。
