如所周知,血管内压力感受器在调节和维持心脏循环机能上起着重要作用(1)。颈动脉窦(为颈总动脉分叉处稍膨大的部分,在颈内动脉根部)是唯一能从身体表面加以影响的血管内感受器。刺激颈动脉窦可引起心率、心律及血压的显著变化。故临床上常采用颈动脉窦压迫这个方法来诊断和治疗某些心律失常及其他一些疾患。按压颈动脉窦一般虽较安全,但如病例选择不当、操作欠谨慎,亦偶可发生意外,甚至造成病人死亡。本文就颈动脉窦压迫的临床价值、安全性、并发症及有关注意事项等加以论述。操作方法,因一般书籍已有介绍,故不赘述。
It is well-known that intravascular baroreceptors play an important role in regulating and maintaining cardiac circulatory function (1). The carotid sinus, a slightly swollen part of the common carotid bifurcation at the root of the internal carotid artery, is the only endovascular sensor that can affect the body’s surface. Stimulation of the carotid sinus can cause significant changes in heart rate, heart rate and blood pressure. It is often clinically used carotid sinus pressure to diagnose and treat some of the arrhythmia and other diseases. Although it is generally safer to press the carotid sinus, if the case is not properly selected and the operation is cautious, accidents may even occur and the patient may even die.
