小麦(Triticum vulgare)水提取物中存在一个3~10kDa的低聚糖组分,已知其中含有一个或多个促有丝分裂因子,对鼠成纤维细胞、人和牛主动脉内皮细胞及仓鼠肾细胞等多种细胞均有活化作用。本实验用K-角叉菜胶0.5mg/kg加内皮素-1500pmol/kg注入小鼠尾静脉造成鼠尾坏死模型,24h后计算坏死部分占尾总长度的百分比。试验结果:①单剂量的表皮生长因子(EGF)和小麦水提取物(FC)均能显著抑制鼠尾坏死。EGF以5~15μg/kg剂量于造模前0.5h腹腔注射,24h后,10μg/kg剂量组效果最好,坏死抑制率达44%;FC以0.5~4mg/kg剂量于造模前1h腹腔注射,24h后,以2mg/kg剂量组效果最
There is a 3-10 kDa oligosaccharide component in the water extract of Triticum vulgare known to contain one or more mitogenic factors, mouse fibroblasts, human and bovine aortic endothelial cells, and hamster kidney cells. A variety of cells have activation. In this experiment, K-carrageenan 0.5 mg/kg plus endothelin-1500 pmol/kg was injected into the tail vein of mice to create a model of rat tail necrosis. After 24 hours, the percentage of necrosis which accounted for the total length of the tail was calculated. Test results: 1 Single dose of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and wheat water extract (FC) can significantly inhibit rat tail necrosis. EGF was intraperitoneally injected at 5 ~ 15μg/kg 0.5h before modeling. After 24h, 10μg/kg dose group had the best effect, necrosis inhibition rate was 44%; FC was 0.5 ~ 4mg/kg dose in the abdominal cavity 1h before modeling After injection, 24 hours later, the most effective dose was 2 mg/kg
