钻井周期是钻井工程造价最核心的参数之一,新疆油田开发区块每年受此参数影响的钻井费用高达数十亿元。因此,需要一个科学的、被各方所接受的钻井周期计算方法。通过对整个油田的工程、地质情况和技术经济指标进行细致分析,发现历史水平法是最科学、最能够满足新疆油田生产和经营管理需求的方法。此方法选定后,新疆油田通过解决成熟区块的定额更新问题和新增区块的前期取值问题,从而保证了该方法的适用性和生命力。XX-2区块的运行实例证实,一种合适的钻井周期计算方法以及科学的配套管理和维护机制,可以推动油田公司和钻井公司挖潜增效,实现良性互动发展。
Drilling cycle is one of the core parameters of drilling engineering cost, drilling costs of billions of yuan each year affected by this parameter in Xinjiang Oilfield Development Zone. Therefore, there is a need for a scientific and accepted drilling cycle calculation method. Through careful analysis of the engineering, geological conditions and technical and economic indicators of the whole oilfield, it is found that the historical level method is the most scientific and can best meet the needs of Xinjiang oilfield production and management. After the selection of this method, the Xinjiang Oilfield has ensured the applicability and vitality of the method by solving the quota updating problem of the mature blocks and the previous values of the newly added blocks. The operation example of Block XX-2 confirms that an appropriate calculation method of drilling cycle and scientific supporting management and maintenance mechanism can push oilfield companies and drilling companies to tap the potential and achieve positive interaction and development.
