目的:建立保健食品中非法添加的18种止咳平喘化学成分的快速筛选方法。方法:采用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)以Polaris 5 C18-A(2.0mm×50mm,5μm)为分析柱,流动相采用0.1%甲酸和甲醇进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾电离(ESI)、多反应监测(MRM)扫描方式,对保健食品中非法添加的18种止咳平喘化学成分进行筛选分析。结果:建立了快速分离检测保健食品中18种非法添加成分的测定方法,检测限低于2ng。结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高,适用于止咳平喘类保健品中非法添加成分的筛选及确证工作。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid screening method for the chemical constituents of 18 cough and asthma illegally added to health food. METHODS: Polaris 5 C18-A (2.0 mm × 50 mm, 5 μm) was used as the analytical column and the mobile phase was eluted with 0.1% formic acid and methanol using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) Ionization (ESI) and multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) scanning methods, 18 kinds of cough and asthma chemical constituents illegally added into health foods were screened and analyzed. Results: A rapid method was established for the determination of eighteen illegitimate ingredients in health foods with the detection limit of less than 2 ng. Conclusion: This method is highly specific and sensitive, suitable for the screening and confirmation of illegally added ingredients in cough and asthma health care products.
