研究了锻造后的冷却速度对T10钢等用球化退火加热温度和保温时间的影响。结果表明,随着锻后冷速的增大,等温球化退火的加热温度应适当降低,保温时间可以适当缩短。
The effect of the cooling rate after forging on the heating temperature and holding time of spheroidizing annealing of T10 steel was studied. The results show that with the increase of cooling rate, the heating temperature of isothermal nodular annealing should be properly reduced, and the holding time can be properly shortened.
