对20钢基体进行预渗碳和钒铬盐浴渗入复合处理,盐浴渗入处理温度950℃,时间4 h。分析了单一渗钒、铬层和钒铬共渗层的组成。采用球-盘结构测定室温干摩擦性能。结果表明:制备出的钒铬共渗层表面致密,厚度12μm,主要由Cr_7C_3、Cr_(23)C_6及V_4C_(2.67)等物相组成。单一渗铬、钒层和共渗层的显微硬度分别为1740、2004、1885 HV0.03;钒铬共渗层的摩擦系数最小,约0.3066,其减摩性能最好。
The 20 steel substrate was pre-carburized and vanadium-chromium salt bath infiltration composite treatment, salt bath infiltration processing temperature 950 ℃, time 4 h. The composition of single vanadate, chromium layer and vanadium-chromium co-diffusion layer was analyzed. Determination of dry friction properties at room temperature by ball - disk structure. The results show that the prepared vanadium - chromium co - diffusion layer has a dense surface with a thickness of 12μm and is mainly composed of Cr7C3, Cr23C6 and V4C2 (2.67) phases. The microhardness of the single chromizing, vanadium layer and common diffusion layer are 1740, 2004, 1885 HV0.03 respectively; the friction coefficient of the vanadium-chromium co-permeation layer is the smallest, about 0.3066, and its anti-friction performance is the best.
