吐鲁番地区温室与露地栽培葡萄光合特性差异分析(英文)

[目的]比较吐鲁番地区温室与露地栽培葡萄叶片光合特性的差异,为温室葡萄优质丰产栽培提供科学依据。[方法]采用Li-6400XT型便携式光合作用测定系统对2个早熟葡萄品种分别在温室与露地栽培条件下的叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、光响应曲线及CO_2响应曲线进行测定,比较其差异。[结果]2个品种露地栽培叶片的Pn均高于温室栽培,露地‘火焰无核’的Pn最高为19.79μmol/(m~2·s);光响应中,温室栽培的红旗特早的Pnmax和表观量子效率(AQY)最大,光补偿点(LCP)最小,温室栽培的光饱和点(LSP)值高于露地栽培;CO_2响应中,温室栽培的最大净光合速率(Pnmax)和暗呼吸速率(Rd)比露地栽培高,羧化效率(CE)比露地栽培低,温室栽培的CO_2补偿点(CCP)和CO_2饱和点(CSP)均低于露地栽培。[结论]露地栽培葡萄叶片的Pn值高于温室栽培,温室栽培葡萄叶片对较高光强的利用率高于露地栽培,但对高浓度CO_2的利用率却比露地栽培低。 [Objective] The purpose was to compare the difference of photosynthetic characteristics of grape leaves cultivated in greenhouse and open field in Turpan region, and to provide scientific basis for high-yield and high-yield cultivation of greenhouse grape. [Method] The net photosynthetic rate (Pn), light response curve and CO_2 response curve of two early-maturing grape cultivars under greenhouse and open field cultivation were measured by Li-6400XT portable photosynthesis system. The differences were compared . [Result] The Pn of cultivated leaves in two cultivars was higher than that in greenhouse cultivation. The highest Pn of the flameless seedless in the open field was 19.79μmol / (m ~ 2 · s). In the light response, Pnmax And maximum apparent quantum yield (AQY), with the lowest light compensation point (LCP) and higher light saturation point (LSP) value in greenhouse cultivation than in open field cultivation. The maximum net photosynthetic rate (Pnmax) and dark breathing The rate (Rd) was higher than that under open field cultivation, and the carboxylation efficiency (CE) was lower than that in open field. The CO2 compensation point (CCP) and CO2 saturated point (CSP) in greenhouse were lower than those in open field. [Conclusion] The Pn value of grape leaves in open field was higher than that of greenhouse cultivation. The utilization of higher light intensity in grape leaves cultivated in greenhouse was higher than that in open field, but the utilization rate of high concentration CO_2 was lower than that in open field.
