日前,农民工在建筑施工企业的占比远远大于施工企业自身的全日制员工,从某种程度上来说,农民工已成建筑施工领域中的主要力量,成为了建筑施工领域不可缺少的部分。一些农民工由于没有城市户口,无法享受基本的社会保障,还有一些农民工因为讨要工资及各类赔偿款付出了沉重的代价。对建筑施工企业来说,农民工的工作技能、工作态度、工作时间关系到一个工程项目的盈亏,甚至关系到一个企业的发展。笔者一直在建筑施工企业工作,结合自身的工作体会,在文中阐述了自己对建筑施工企业维护农民工合法权益现状的看法,同时也分析存在的问题,提出了一些维护农民工合法权益的具体对策。
