前言使用渗铝管能有效地防止锅炉高温腐蚀,提高锅炉的安全经济性,已为实践所证明。在外壁渗铝管工艺成功之后,国内已有五个电厂8台锅炉在安装使用。除宝鸡电厂2号炉有一根内外壁渗铝管因内壁粘附铝渣曾引起一个局部鼓包外,均未发生过鼓包爆管事故。但是,80年上半年内,因外壁渗铝管加工工艺质量不稳定,豆坝电厂、宝鸡电厂连续发生了两次爆管事故。本文将对这两次事故进行分析和简要介绍,供有关电厂今后在使用外壁渗铝管时作为参考。
