用等离子喷涂方法将长城1号及X-40涂层镀复在GH864高温合金试样上,然后进行热腐蚀试验,并用OM,SEM、EMPA进行性能分析。结果表明,长城1号涂层显示出比X-40涂层更优越的腐蚀抗力。提出了长城1号、X-40涂层及GH864基体合金可能的腐蚀机制。
The Great Wall 1 and X-40 coating were deposited on the GH864 superalloy by plasma spraying. Then the hot corrosion test was carried out and the properties were analyzed by OM, SEM and EMPA. The results show that the Great Wall 1 coating shows superior corrosion resistance over the X-40 coating. Proposed the Great Wall 1, X-40 coating and GH864 matrix alloy possible corrosion mechanism.
