1985年,学校分配我带一个初一“特殊班”。全班64名学生,其中大部份是因为种种关系而照顾进来的,后进生占了一大半。一次学校组织看电影,我班同学坐的那块地方,酒气熏天,烟雾腾腾。开学没几天,就有好几个人来告状,说我班同学尽在校外搞恶作剧,如有几个同学在放学路上把农民堆在屋旁的一大堆柴放火烧了。面对这样的“乱班”,我认为要害问题是应该把后进生的热能挖掘出来,依靠后进生自己来扭转混乱局面。
In 1985, the school assigned me to bring a “special class”. Of the 64 students in the entire class, most of them were taken care of because of various relationships, and the majority of students who took up the postgraduate account for more than half. A school organized a movie to watch. The place where my classmates sit is full of alcohol and smoke. Just a few days after school started, several people came to complain and said that my classmates were doing mischievous games outside the school. If there were a few students on the way to school, they had set aside a lot of firewood piled up by the farmers. In the face of such “chaotic shifts,” I think that the key issue is to dig out the heat energy of backward students and rely on the students themselves to reverse the chaos.
