杀蚜素是浅灰链霉菌杭州变种(Streptomyces griseolus var.hangzhouensis n.var.YANet FANG 1978)产生的杀虫抗生素,对蚜虫、螨类等害虫具有较强的触杀活性,而对天敌有选择性。多年大面积田间防治证明,由于杀蚜素在有效杀虫浓度内(10ppm)对天敌安全,喷药后天敌数量持续增加。杀蚜素的缺点是不杀卵,残效期短。为了探索利用杀蚜素的选择性,进行了本项试验研究,除室内(培养皿、养虫笼)观察外,在杀蚜素大面积防治棉蚜和柑桔螨类示范过程中,定果(或株)调查害虫主要天敌的消长情况。供试杀蚜素:系宜兴农药厂、桐乡、桐庐农药厂及本所微生物实验厂生产的0.15-0.4%杀蚜素工业品水剂。
