近三年来,响水县响水镇的个体幼儿园在改革的大潮中,冲破“学在官府”的传统格局,从小到大,初具规模。经教育行政部门检查,办园质量基本达到《城市幼儿园工作条例(试行草案)》和《幼儿园教育纲要(试行草案)》(以下简称“条例”和“纲要”)的要求。目前,全镇五所个体幼儿园拥有教室10间,学桌104张,坐凳176条,玩具399件,图书资料千余册。固定资产总值三万余元,占全镇幼儿园固定资产总值的49.1%。在园幼儿199人,占全镇在园幼儿总数的44.5%。五名教师的学历分别为:中师2人、高中2人、初中1人。个体幼儿园以越来越大的社会影响和顽强的抗争
In the recent three years, individual kindergartens in Xiangshui Town of Xiangshui County have broken through the traditional pattern of “learning from government” in the tide of reform and from small to large and taking shape. After examination by the administrative department of education, the quality of the park has basically met the requirements of the “Urban Kindergarten Working Regulations (Draft for Trial Implementation)” and “Kindergarten Education Program (Trial Draft)” (the “Regulations” and the “Outline”). At present, five individual kindergartens in the town have 10 classrooms, 104 study tables, 176 seatings, 399 toys and more than 1,000 books and periodicals. The total value of fixed assets is more than 30,000 yuan, accounting for 49.1% of the total fixed assets of the town’s kindergartens. 199 children in the park, accounting for 44.5% of the town’s total number of children in the park.
