低功率电磁阀是七十年代末出现的一种换向阀。这种阀具有耗电功率少,换向时噪音小,电磁铁温升低,不易烧损,可用超小型继电器和可编程序控制器直接控制,加以尺寸小、重量轻,使用、调整方便等优点,因此引起了国内外液压工作者的高度重视。近年来,国内对这种阀的研制已经取得很大进展,一些产品通过了技术鉴定并巳应用于生产,应用范围也越来越广泛。但是,据目前制造及使用情况来看,这种阀在结构上还存在不少问题,例如滑阀封油长度小,阀芯与阀孔间隙太小,对加工精度要求很高,阀体孔结构复杂,给加工带来困难,且这种阀对油液的污染十分敏感,少量的杂质便会将阀卡住。上述问题使低功率电磁阀的制造成本增加,使用性能和应用范围受到很大影响。针对这种情况,我们对目前国内外生产的低功率电磁阀进行了系统地分析研究,对这种阀进行了重新设计,使其使用性能更加可靠,制造成本也大为降低。

The above problems make the manufacturing cost of the low-power solenoid valve increase, the use performance and the application range are greatly affected. In view of this situation, we systematically analyze the low-power solenoid valves produced at home and abroad. We redesigned this valve to make it more reliable and reduce manufacturing costs.
