说起美国的食物,那真是物资极大的丰富,应有尽有。超级市场的东西倒是琳琅满目,可惜就是不香,吃啥都无味。猪肉没有猪肉香,牛肉没有牛肉味,据说是机械化养殖、生长期短之故。 水果、蔬菜看不出时令变化,一年四季都有,新鲜、个大,樱桃赛李子、李子赛桃子,然而仍是不香。 中国人总是中国胃,当地华人一日三餐消化西餐的,我还闻所未闻。象汉堡包、三明治、肯塔鸡、热狗这些“垃圾食物”,吃多了让人怕怕。美国饮料不少,可口可乐、雪碧,橙汁……,有的含咖啡因,有的是减肥饮料,喝多了乏味,对健康无益,对牙也有害,所以许多中国人还是喜欢饮茶,我家就是茉莉花茶、红茶不断,也喝橙汁。
