根据传热学原理,建立求解连续式烧结炉的温度场及热应力分布的数学传热模型。在Pro/E设计模块中利用自顶向下设计方法建立连续式烧结炉的三维模型;利用Pro/Mechanica分析模块对其进行热分析,得到稳态温度场分布及应力应变分布等结果,找到温度分布规律和应力应变分布规律,从而为烧结炉的设计和维护提供理论依据。
According to the principle of heat transfer, a mathematical heat transfer model for solving the temperature field and thermal stress distribution of a continuous sintering furnace was established. In the Pro / E design module, a three-dimensional model of the continuous sintering furnace was established by using the top-down design method. The thermal analysis was carried out by the Pro / Mechanica analysis module to obtain the steady-state temperature field distribution and the stress-strain distribution. Distribution law and stress and strain distribution law, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the design and maintenance of sintering furnace.
