以城乡统筹发展为背景,展开对城乡中小学教师职业认同的比较研究,通过问卷调查发现:工作压力大,收入低,社会地位不高,交际范围窄等,是影响教师是否喜欢教师职业的主要原因。中小学教师的职业认同状况并不是很理想,且城乡中小学教师存在差距。建议从社会、学校管理、教师三个层面出发,采取多种措施,以缩小城乡中小学教师职业认同差距、实现城乡中小学教师职业认同的整体提升。
Based on the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, a comparative study on occupational identification of primary and secondary school teachers in urban and rural areas is carried out. According to the questionnaire survey, it is found that there is a great deal of work pressure, low income, low social status and narrow communicative scope, which is the main factor affecting teachers ’preference for teachers’ the reason. Vocational recognition of primary and secondary school teachers is not very satisfactory, and the gap between urban and rural primary and secondary school teachers. Proposed from the social, school management, teachers from three levels, take various measures to narrow the gap between urban and rural primary and secondary school teachers to achieve professional recognition of urban and rural primary and secondary teachers to enhance the overall.
