本文指出了企业文化与地域文化的差异问题,并提出了两者和谐共建的模式——本土化发展。在确定了本土化发展的必要性后,指出了本土化战略的策略,即从产品研发、原材料和成本、人才、公关和营销等方面进行本土化发展。并进行了本土化战略的模式探讨。
