二代接班后需要建立自己的权威,这本身没锚,但二代要创造比父亲更大的业绩,是一个多因素影响下的小概率事件。那么,二代如何树立威权,是否一定要靠业绩来体现?中国古代帝王传承史中有启示一个“业绩恐慌”的幽灵,正笼罩在“企二代”们上空。由于父辈在创业过程中建立的巨大权威,二代接班过程始终笼罩着一代创始人巨大的阴影。学术界与家族企业一、二代因此形成了一个共识:二代接班后要想建立权威,必须靠业绩说话。
