巴塞氏综合征又名眼、口、生殖器三联综合征。以口腔溃疡、生殖器溃疡、虹膜睫状体炎、前房积浓为特征性表现。病变波及主动脉致成动脉瘤者较少见。 报导1例65岁男性患者,患眼、口、生殖器三联综合征。后以肠总动脉瘤作瘤体切除术。瘤体病理检查发现具有特异性的是动脉瘤壁为胶原纤维组织所组成而动脉壁主要成分弹力纤维,平滑肌几全部消失。 Barre’s syndrome, also known as eye, mouth, genital triad syndrome.
