上海佳味速冻食品厂,是嘉定县供销社的一家商办厂。这家厂去年销售增幅大,经济效益好。销售比上年增长78％;实现利润比上年增长227％,利润增幅大大超过了销售增长。 上海佳味速冻食品厂扩销增盈,提高经济效益,是从以下几个方面着手: 一、扩大销售,开拓市场。这家厂以开拓国内外两个市场为目标,密切与上海市食品进出口公司联系,使出口外销保持稳定增长的势头。在确保外销任务的前提下,向国内市场开拓,去年在市区增设10家销售网点,同时向江浙大中城市辐射,内销比上年增长一倍以上。
