农业是我国的社会发展的支柱产业,其不仅是国之根本,各项经济发展的基础条件,也是人们生存的基本保障,其发展状态、方向等各方面均与其他产业的发展有着紧密的联系。现代社会的不断进步,国家对于我国三农问题的重视程度也在不断加深。现代社会主义新农村建设工作的逐步深入,农村各项管理工作正在不断的强化,农村档案管理也属于其中极为重要的一项工作,其也逐渐规范化、制度化、科学化,其为社会主义新农村的建设做产生的作用也逐渐明显。本文先简单说明了了加强农业档案管理的重要意义,包括为新农村建设提供全面可靠的资料、保障社会稳定、提供资源保障等,分析了我国农业档案管理工作的现状,提出了几点管理意见,包括做好各项档案整理工作、提高档案管理信息开发力度、档案管理人员建立服务意识、深化信息资源开发等,从从事农业档案管理的人员提供一定的参考与借鉴。

This article first briefly explained the importance of strengthening the management of agricultural archives, including providing comprehensive and reliable information for the new rural construction, guaranteeing social stability and providing resources protection, analyzed the status quo of agricultural archives management in our country and put forward some management opinions , Including doing a good job of sorting out the archives, improving the development of archives management information, establishing the service awareness of archivists and deepening the development of information resources, and providing some reference and reference from those engaged in agricultural archives management.
