在传统的桥梁顶推施工中,一般采用点式滑道法。此种方法在顶推过程中存在较大的水平力,为了抵抗水平力的破坏,永久墩和临时墩通常采用增加桩基础或者斜撑材料等进行加固,耗资较大。本文结合工程特点,采用整体式滑道的方法,通过滑道传递将水平力平衡为零,就很好的解决了水平力的问题,不用担心对墩的破坏。本文永久墩和临时墩没有增加桩基础或者斜撑材料,而且整体式滑道在其他工程可以多次周转使用,降低了工程成本,为桥梁顶推施工提出了新的思路。
In the traditional construction of the bridge pushing the general use of point-chute method. In this method, there is a large horizontal force in the pushing process. In order to resist the horizontal force damage, permanent pier and temporary pier are generally reinforced by increasing pile foundation or diagonal material, which is expensive. In this paper, the engineering characteristics, the use of integral chute method, through the slide will be horizontal force balance to zero, it is a good solution to the problem of horizontal force, do not have to worry about the destruction of piers. The permanent pier and temporary pier in this paper do not increase the pile foundation or diagonal material, and the integral slideway can be used for many times in other projects, reducing the project cost and putting forward a new idea for pushing the bridge.
