教员教学工作的成效,依据教员的水平和素质去实现,其素质包括专业素质影响力和非专业素质影响力两个方面,本文就提高教员非专业素质影响力作出初步探讨。
The effectiveness of teachers’ teaching work is based on the level and quality of teachers. The qualities include professional quality influence and non-professional quality influence. This paper makes a preliminary discussion on improving the influence of non-professional quality teachers.
