“Coworkers” Editorial Department: In September 2010, I signed a three-year labor contract with a clothing company. In September 2011, the company set up a trade union and I was elected as a trade union women worker for a term of three years. After taking office, I actively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of women workers, causing the boss's dissatisfaction. In September 2013, the company terminated my contract of employment with the expiration of the labor contract. In my opinion, although my labor contract has expired, the term of office of the union member has not yet expired and the company should not terminate my labor contract. Excuse me, the company's approach is right, what should I do?
