用自制全细胞抗原建立了ABC-ELISA检测MP-IgG抗体方法,其敏感性高于常规ELISA和以美国产抗原建立的CF方法,特异性和重复性也好。应用该方法检测了62例来自广州市两家医院儿科肺炎住院儿童的血清和79例广州市某高校健康大学生体检血清.结果显示肺炎儿童组8例抗体阳性,占病例总数的12.9%,抗体最高滴度为1∶800,一般为1∶200~1∶400,其中有2例双份血清抗体滴度增高4倍或以上,且随着年龄的增长,抗体阳性例数和P/N比值均增高(有显著性差异,t检验分完。1为P<0.005和P<0.01);大学生组50例抗体阳性,抗体最高滴度为1∶12800,一般为1∶1600~1∶3200。提示,在广州市儿童和大学生中存在MP感染;支原体过儿童肺炎占儿童肺炎病因一定比例。MP感染率和抗MPIgG抗体水平在儿童中有随年龄增长而逐渐增加的趋向。
The method of ABC-ELISA for detection of MP-IgG antibody was established by using homemade whole cell antigen. The sensitivity of the method was higher than that of conventional ELISA and CF method established by American-made antigens. The specificity and reproducibility were also good. Using this method, 62 cases of pediatric pneumonia hospitalized children from two hospitals in Guangzhou City and 79 cases of healthy college students in Guangzhou were tested.
