建设工程项目具体实施阶段由业主方为承包商提供工程量清单,承包商根据业主方提供的招标文件来完成施工方案的编制,但是由于建设工程项目中存在较多的不确定性,当工程变更事件发生后往往会对施工方案产生影响,并且会导致施工项目在施工中发生一系列变化。施工方案与措施项目之间的影响关系十分复杂,所以业主方和承包商在关于措施项目的调整方面存在较大争议。本文就工程量清单计价模式下施工方案对措施项目的影响进行分析。
