1 Introduction The latest statistics show that the number of tropical deforestation increased significantly in the 1980s, from 0.6% in 1980 to 1.2% in 1990, which has doubled. The extent of deforestation varies from region to region. It is estimated that Latin America is only 0.9%, compared with 1.7% in Africa and 1.4% in Asia. How to play a role in the suppression of tropical forest deforestation has become a hot topic of international concern. Research shows that tropical forest trade is not the most important direct factor - perhaps less than 10%. And mainly woodland is converted into farmland. No matter whether it is a closed forest or a sparse forest in the tropical forest area, the cutting volume is now exceeding
