目的:检测缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、P-糖蛋白在腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌组织中的表达情况及其与乳腺癌分型、分级及预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测81例乳腺癌和20例癌旁组织中HIF-1α、P-gp的表达状况,分析与各临床病理因素和预后的关系。结果:HIF-1α在乳腺癌中总阳性表达率为69.1%,其中强表达10例(12.3%),中度表达12例(14.8%),弱表达34例(42.0%),隐性25例(30.9%);81例乳腺癌组织中34例P-gp表达阳性,占42.0%,其中强表达7例(8.6%),中度表达9例(11.1%),弱表达18例(22.2%),阴性47例(58.0%)。HIF-1α和P-gp在乳腺癌中两者阳性指数呈正相关(r=0.62,P<0.01)。HIF-1α为单独影响乳腺癌预后的危险因素。结论:HIF-1α和P-gp两者阳性指数在乳腺癌中呈正相关;HIF-1α可作为判断乳腺癌恶性程度、预后的单独指标,高表达者5年生存率低,检测HIF-1α有助于提高评估腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌术后生存的准确性。
Objective: To detect the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and P-glycoprotein in axillary lymph node-negative breast cancer and its relationship with breast cancer classification, classification and prognosis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α and P-gp in 81 cases of breast cancer and 20 cases of adjacent tissues, and analyze the relationship with clinical pathological factors and prognosis. Positive expression of HIF-1α and P-gp in breast cancer was positive (r=0.62, P<0.01). HIF-1α is a risk factor that affects the prognosis of breast cancer alone. Conclusion: The positive indexes of HIF-1α and P-gp are positively correlated in breast cancer. HIF-1α can be used as an independent index to judge the malignancy and prognosis of breast cancer. The high expression rate has low 5-year survival rate. There is HIF-1α detection. Helps improve the accuracy of postoperative survival in axillary lymph node-negative breast cancers.
