越来越多变的气候条件引发的高频次极端事件,导致了极端降雨与洪水预估值的持续增大。许多已建大坝已无法应对修正计算的洪水量,而要增强大坝的泄洪能力,又需花费高昂的代价。研究了如何利用增加大型水库的滞洪库容达到梯级水库的最佳防洪效果,以及通过考量整体梯级水库的特性与调度确定最佳洪水调度方案的方法。
The high-frequency extreme events triggered by the ever-changing climatic conditions have led to the continued increase in the estimates of extreme rainfall and floods. Many built dams have been unable to cope with the revised calculation of flood volume, and to increase the flood discharge capacity of the dam, it also costs too much. This paper studies how to utilize the flood control capacity of large reservoirs to reach the optimal flood control effect of cascade reservoirs and how to determine the optimal flood dispatch plan by considering the characteristics and scheduling of the whole cascade reservoirs.
