目前,购买商品房的市民越来越多,许多人都为购房程序的繁琐而烦恼。购房究竟要经过哪几道主要程序呢? 一、签订认购书。购房人和销售商签订的认购书内容主要包括:卖方、买方的名称、地址、姓名、电话、身份证件、指定律师所名称;认购的物业;房价(户型、面积、单位价格、总价);付款方式;认购条件等。签完认购书后销售方应给购房人发放《签约须知》,以使其清楚下一环节及签约的有关细节。
