1993年1月至1996年12月,我们应用小儿纤支镜(Olympus BF 3C30型)对门诊、急诊和病房呼吸疾病的小儿患者共检查了69例,其中男孩51人,女孩18人,年纪最小26天,最大12岁,除发现1例肿瘤病孩转外科治疗外,其中肺不张组经3～6次BAL治疗均已复张.对感染组及支气管异物组病人也取得了很好的治疗效果.我们认为小儿纤支镜对小儿呼吸系统疾病的检查和治疗是一个十分有实用价值的仪器.
From January 1993 to December 1996, we examined 69 pediatric patients with outpatient, emergency and ward respiratory diseases using the Bronchoscope (Olympus BF 3C30), of which 51 were boys and 18 were girls, the youngest 26 days, maximum 12 years old, in addition to the discovery of a case of cancer patients transferred to surgical treatment, in which the atelectasis group has been 3 to 6 times the BAL treatment has been repeated.For the infection group and bronchial foreign body patients also made a very good Treatment effect. We believe that pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy in children with respiratory disease examination and treatment is a very useful instrument.
