目的 探讨治疗前列腺增生症 (BPH)合并膀胱结石的有效手术方法。方法 采用经尿道前列腺电切术 (TURP)及膀胱镜下碎石治疗BPH并膀胱结石 12例患者。结果 所有患者均一次处理成功 ,除 5例膀胱粘有散在充血外 ,未出现严重并发症 ,术后随访 6～ 12个月 ,国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)平均 9 0分。结论 TURP结合膀胱镜下碎石术是治疗BPH合并膀胱结石的一种安全性高、疗效确切的手术方法
Objective To investigate the effective surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) complicated with bladder stones. Methods Transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) and cystoscope were used to treat BPH and bladder stones in 12 patients. Results All the patients were treated successfully at one time. No serious complications were found in 5 cases with bladder congestion and congestion. The follow - up period was 6 to 12 months and the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) was 90 on average. Conclusion TURP combined with cystoscopic lithotripsy is a safe and effective surgical method for the treatment of BPH complicated with bladder stones
