外伤性鼓膜穿孔是耳鼻咽喉科常见病,临床治疗主要以早期预防感染、自然愈合为主,穿孔较大而不能自愈的需行鼓膜修补术[1]。鼓膜穿孔自然愈合时间较长,此期间易出现鼓室感染,导致中耳的化脓性炎症,从而遗留永久性穿孔,需手术治疗,增加了患者的痛苦及经济负担。为促进穿孔愈合、缩短愈合时间,同时避免手术,2007年1月至2010年6月我科采用贝复舒明胶海绵贴补治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔119耳,取得了良好的效果,报告如下。
Traumatic tympanic membrane perforation is a common disease of otorhinolaryngology, clinical treatment mainly in the early prevention of infection, the natural healing of large perforation can not be self-healing need tympanic membrane repair [1]. Tympanic membrane perforation of the natural healing time is longer, during this period prone to tympanic infection, leading to purulent inflammation of the middle ear, leaving the permanent perforation, requiring surgical treatment, increasing the patient’s pain and financial burden. To promote the healing of perforation, shorten the healing time, while avoiding surgery, January 2007 to June 2010 our department with Bei Fu Shu gelatin sponge sticking treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation 119 ears, and achieved good results, the report is as follows.
