为了研究渐进成形过程中板料的变形,以方锥件为例,通过数值模拟对成形过程进行了研究。模拟结果表明,法兰边金属难以向变形区流动,变形区壁厚减薄量较大但分布较为均匀。成形过程中,由于受到工具头的周向推挤作用,零件的悬空部分(底部和侧壁)出现了沿工具头运动方向的扭曲,且扭曲程度沿侧壁大致呈抛物线分布。
In order to study the deformation of sheet metal in the process of progressive forming, taking the square cone as an example, the forming process was studied by numerical simulation. The simulation results show that it is difficult for the metal on the flange to flow to the deformation zone, and the thickness reduction in the deformation zone is larger but the distribution is more uniform. During the forming process, due to the circumferential pushing action of the tool head, the dangling parts (the bottom and the sidewall) of the part appear to twist in the direction of the tool head movement, and the degree of distortion is roughly parabolically distributed along the side wall.
