针对某高速公路隧道衬砌开裂情况,根据现场调研及相关资料,把衬砌裂缝分成4种类型,结合衬砌裂缝形态及所在段落的地质情况、施工情况及工后检测情况,分别分析了4种类型裂缝产生的原因,并提出了相应的衬砌开裂整治措施。所有衬砌裂缝均先采取环氧树脂补缝处理,但对某些重要部位裂缝或对结构安全性有影响的受力裂缝,除采取环氧树脂补缝处理外,在裂缝处安装裂缝计,对裂缝发展趋势进行测试,在对裂缝进行稳定性判定后再进行有针对性的整治。根据衬砌裂缝变化监测结果,在衬砌裂缝发展段,在边墙两侧各打设4排1.0×1.0m长3m的中空注浆锚杆,两侧墙脚处各设一排间距2m长4m的锁脚锚杆,在边墙打设锚杆区段,挂网喷5cm厚C30混凝土。通过整治后效果来看,采用的整治措施可靠、有效,整治后的衬砌结构处于安全状态,满足行车需求。
