选取6个苜蓿品种:中苜1号、标靶、TG3、骑士2、骑士T和阿迪娜,采用水培法在缺磷条件下生长60、90和120 d收集根系分泌物,研究对土壤中难溶性磷的活化效果。结果表明:和对照相比,经苜蓿根系分泌物培养后的土壤,有效磷含量提高,且120 d>90 d>60 d;磷酸二钙(Ca2-P)含量极显著降低(P<0.01),120 d<90 d<60 d,在120 d时Ca2-P含量急剧下降;磷酸铝盐(Al-P)、磷酸铁盐(FeP)和磷酸八钙(Ca8-P)的含量降低,120 d<90 d<60 d;闭蓄态磷(O-P)和磷酸十钙(Ca10-P)含量变化不大。缺磷胁迫下,苜蓿根系分泌物对Al-P、Fe-P、Ca2-P和Ca8-P均具有一定活化作用,在120 d的活化效果高于60和90 d。由此说明,随着生长天数的增加,根系分泌物对其活化作用越来越显著,且对Ca2-P的活化作用最明显。

Thus, with the growth of the number of days, root exudates on its activation is more significant, and the most obvious Ca2-P activation.
