螺杆式启闭机多用于排水、排涝闸门的启闭,是水利水电工程闸门启闭的专用起重机械,是广泛用于水利水电行业的一种必不可少的设备。这种启闭机在启闭闸门过程中,一般都有上下限位开关或闸门高度传感器来控制闸门的开启与关闭,但如果闸门槽和底坎有硬物顶着,或其它因素使闸门的上升或下降受阻被卡,很容易把螺杆顶弯或拉断,有的甚至把启闭机的地脚螺丝拉断,极易造成事故的发生。目前的解决方法存在传感器安装复杂、工序多,而在后续使用与维修过程中故障处理不方便,调试和数据率困难,运行可靠性较低等问题。为解决这个问题,我们尝试采用一种用于监测螺杆启闭机超载的蜗杆荷重测量装置,并与传统的设备相结合,能可靠地保护启闭机的超载。

The current solution has the problems of complicated sensor installation, multiple processes, inconvenient troubleshooting in subsequent use and maintenance, difficulty of debugging and data rate, and low operation reliability. To solve this problem, we tried to use a worm load measuring device for monitoring the overload of a screw hoist and, in combination with conventional equipment, reliably protect the hoist from overloading.
