长期以来,语文教学存在着这样一种情况:教师只管教、循规蹈矩,按照教学计划,分析、讲解课文,然后练习,作文。学生仅是机械的、被动的承受者,主观积极性得不到发挥,能力得不到锻炼。结果,高分低能的现象极为普遍。叶圣陶先生认为:语文教学就是训练学生“听、说、读、写”这四种本领,也就是运用语言和文字的本领。四个方面同样重要.一个也不能丢。他一再强调,教是为了达到不需要教。并指出:学生跟种子一样,有自已的生命力:
