本文报告恶性肿瘤并发低镁血症２２例。其中胃癌６例。食管瘤５例，肺癌４例，结肠癌３例，恶性淋巴瘤２例，乳腺癌、喉癌各１例。２２例血清镁浓度为０．３４～０．７１ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，中位值０．５６ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ。临床表现主要为消化、心血管和神经肌肉功能障碍。另有３例表现为顽固性腹背部疼痛，１例持续性低热。恶性肿瘤并发低镁血症的原因较多，且临床表现复杂，因此，提高对该病的认识是重要的。
This article reports 22 cases of malignant tumors complicated by hypomagnesemia. Among them, 6 cases of gastric cancer. There were 5 cases of esophageal cancer, 4 cases of lung cancer, 3 cases of colon cancer, 2 cases of malignant lymphoma, and 1 case of breast cancer and laryngeal cancer. Serum magnesium concentrations in 22 patients ranged from 0.34 to 0.71 mmol/L with a median value of 0.56 mmol/L. The clinical manifestations are mainly digestive, cardiovascular and neuromuscular dysfunction. Another 3 cases showed stubborn abdominal pain, 1 case of persistent hypothermia. Malignant tumors have many causes of hypomagnesemia, and the clinical manifestations are complicated. Therefore, it is important to raise awareness of the disease.
