自治区农机局与伊犁哈萨克自治州农机局于1995年9月21至28日在伊宁市共同主办了“自治区玉米高产开发机械化技术培训”班.在此期间,还在伊宁县阿热博孜农场召开了以“玉米高产开发机械化技术”、“玉米收获机械化技术”和“玉米秸秆综合利用机械化技术”为主要内容的现场会.参加培训班的有来自和田、昌吉、巴音郭楞、博尔塔拉、阿勒泰、伊犁等地州县市的学员共30多人.伊犁地区直属县市的部分领导、各县市农机局、推广站的领导和技术人员以及培训班的全体学员并100多人参加了现场会.在培训班上,伊犁州农机推广总站的技术人员为学员们重点讲述了玉米收获机械化生产技术,玉米收获机的构造、操作、运用以及故障排除,单季玉米1000公斤栽培机械化作业模式等内容.观年了KCKY—7AC和4W—2A玉米收获机收获玉米的现场.自治区农机推广总站的技术人员还为学员们讲述了农作物秸秆徽贮技术,并在伊宁县喀什乡和愉群翁乡亲自指导农民制作了玉米和小麦秸秆的微贮饲料.现场会上,代表们观看了自治区农机局和伊犁州农机局共同抓的试点:伊宁县阿热博孜农场农二队1440亩玉米高产开发综合示范田和KCKY—7AC、4YW—2A玉米收获
