我国大部分的高校开设了商务英语专业,培养的专业人才也日趋增多,但仍然出现了用人单位招聘难和商务英语专业毕业生就业难的两难窘境。本文就这一问题的出现以新余为例,进行了简要的分析,提出人才培养方案应从服务地方经济角度出发,建议实现人才培养与企业用工的有效对接。
Most colleges and universities in our country have set up business English major and trained more and more professionals. However, there are still some dilemmas that employers are having difficulty recruiting and graduates of Business English major find it hard to find employment. This article takes Xinyu as an example to make a brief analysis on this issue, and puts forward that talent cultivation plan should start from the perspective of serving the local economy and suggest effective connection between personnel training and enterprise employment.
