详细研究了TD2合金(Ti3Al基)650℃下低循环应变疲劳性能。依据实验数据利用回归分析计算出应变疲劳参数,得出该合金应变疲劳寿命预测公式,并分析了应力—应变行为。实验结果表明Ti3Al基合金应变疲劳性能优于GH33高温合金,与DZ4高温合金760℃水平相当。在循环过程中表现出循环硬化的特征。同时还讨论了TD2合金疲劳裂纹的起源与扩展。
The low cycle strain fatigue properties of TD2 alloy (Ti3Al-based) at 650 ℃ have been studied in detail. Based on the experimental data, the strain fatigue parameters were calculated by regression analysis. The prediction formula of strain fatigue life of the alloy was obtained and the stress-strain behavior was analyzed. The experimental results show that the strain fatigue behavior of Ti3Al-based alloy is better than that of GH33 superalloy, which is equivalent to that of DZ4 superalloy 760 ℃. In the cycle show the characteristics of the cycle of hardening. The origin and expansion of the fatigue crack of TD2 alloy are also discussed.
