随着电控技术在汽车上的不断应用,汽车上的各类传感器越来越多。传感器作为汽车各控制单元信号采集的主要部件,其信号的准确性直接影响着相关系统的性能。一般情况下,传感器出现故障,如线路断路或短路,信号过大或过小,相关控制单元内均会存储相应的故障代码,在诊断此类故障时,只要根据故障代码的提示进行检查,便很容易找到故障部位。但是,有些时候传感器出现故障,相关控制单元内却不会存储故障代码。下面笔者介绍2例此类故障的诊断过程,希望能对广大汽车维修人员有所帮助。
