当前，随着社会的不断深化变革，人们的价值取向存在多元化，一些人重物质利益轻精神追求等不良现象不时在显露。这信号在提醒基层思想政治工作者，面对改革开放以及市场经济大潮中职工出现的一些消极现象，我们要以科学发展观指导，采取积极的应对措施。下面就新时期如何做好基层思想政治工作做以下浅谈。
