本文提出了省级电大对地、市级电大(分校)进行教学、教务工作水平评估的指标体系和计量数学模型,并给出了实测结果.由于在建立评估的指标体系过程中注意到将条件评估、过程评估和目标评估相结合,并渗入了多方位评估的思想,使所给出的评估指标体系能够准确地体现出评估的目标和要求;在所提出的计量数学模型中.由于采用了近代数学中的AHP原理、模式识别技术,模糊数学方法、矩阵计算方法、统计推断理论和T分值转换方法,充分满足了多层次、多指标、多项目的评估计量需要,使所构造的数学模型具有较强的科学性.湖南电大于1990年按照本文所提出的指标体系和数学模型对所属20所分校进行了评估,获得了满意的结果,证明了本文所提出的指标体系和数学模型具有较强的实用性和较高的推广价值、本刊将分两期刊登.
