中国石化集团技术开发中心于1999年12月24日至26日在河南洛阳,对洛阳石化工程公司设备所和岳阳石化总厂联合开发研究的“大型石油储罐长效综台防腐蚀技术研究”项目进行了技术鉴定。来自石化、石油、中科院、海洋及高校系统的30余名专家、学者参加了会议。会议对两家开展的科研工作给预充分的肯定,并通过技术鉴定。 该项技术成果的特点是对储罐内壁采用覆盖层加铝合金牺牲阳极保护,罐底板外壁采用牺牲阳极(镁或锌)保护。考虑到原油储罐的加热和油浸的条件,常规的国标GB4948中的铝阳极已不适用,为此,项目组专门开发了高活化铝阳极,其技术属国内领先水平。

The technical result is characterized by the use of aluminum alloy sacrificial anode protection covering the tank wall, sacrificial anode (magnesium or zinc) protection of the outer wall of the tank floor. Taking into account the conditions of oil tank heating and oil immersion, the conventional GB4948 aluminum anode is not applicable, therefore, the project team has developed a highly activated aluminum anode, the technology is a leading domestic level.
